IMPORTANT - Please note that these indicators are for use with sequential manual transmissions only. They will not work with conventional 'H' pattern gearboxes of the type fitted to the vast majority of road cars.
Electronically similar to our 'classic' display, and just as reliable, the 20mm unit features a remote display unit that is more suited to applications with limited dashboard space. It can even be fitted to some motorcycles.
The Geartronics indicator is fully programmable to suit all gearbox types, regardless of gear order or angular increments between gears. It even works if the potentiometer is fitted 'upside-down'. A simple one button programming procedure is used to learn the positions of each gear, including neutral & usually reverse.
The unit is also capable of displaying reverse gear by means of a separate control wire connected to a reverse switch, should your gearbox not have a unique barrel position for reverse.
This unit is also suitable for most Suzuki engined kit-cars - uses Suzuki OEM connectors & incorporates the TRE modification.
