Geartronics Ltd. is a small business and we apologise for the fact that we are currently unable to accept credit or debit card orders.
Until recently, we accepted Paypal payments. However, because of the alarming increase of credit card fraud through "cardholder not present" transactions, and Paypal's utterly unreasonable terms & conditions, we have regrettably felt it necessary to cease doing business via Paypal. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause to our valued international customers, but we simply can't take the risk anymore.
UK orders can be paid for by either personal or business cheque, made payable to 'Geartronics Ltd', but please allow 4-5 business days for clearance. Credit terms are available for bona-fide trade customers, subject to us receiving two suitable credit references.
All overseas orders must be paid for in full, in Pounds Sterling, via wire transfer (TT) directly into our bank account. The customer is responsible for all bank fees and we reserve the right to impose a levy to cover bank charges. Retail customers in the EU should be aware that all prices are subject to VAT at the current UK rate. Shipments outside of the European Union may be subject to local import taxes, over which Geartronics Ltd. has no control and can take no responsibility for. Please note: we cannot falsify customs documentation to avoid import tax being charged on your shipment. This is strictly illegal and puts us in a difficult position, so please don't ask!
UK shipping is by next-day Royalmail 'Special Delivery'. International shipping is by either DHL, or Domestic airmail service. Details upon request.
