Please note: The Geartronics gear position indicators, Flatshift system and semi-auto paddleshift system are intended for off-road racing purposes only and must not be used on the public highway.

Geartronics Ltd. warrants that our products, when properly used, will operate in all material respects in conformance with the documentation supplied. All our products, when properly installed, are warranted against defects in parts or workmanship for 12 months from the purchase date specified on the sales invoice. Normal wear & tear of mechanical components is excluded from this warranty. Geartronics Ltd. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied .

The purchaser and/or user of Geartronics products understands that by the very nature of motorsport applications, these products are to be regarded strictly as prototype, and that Geartronics Ltd. exercises no control over the installation and use of said products.

It is the purchaser's and end users responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of Geartronics products for the intended application. The purchaser and end user agrees to indemnify and hold Geartronics Ltd. and its directors harmless from any material loss or damage (direct or consequential), personal injury or death of the user or that of third parties, howsoever caused, incurred during the use of these products.

Furthermore, the customer or end-user accepts that the act of changing gear without use of the clutch can place increased shock loadings on the gearbox and transmission system than would otherwise be experienced when changing gear using the clutch. For the purposes of this definition, the transmission system includes, but is not limited to: gearbox, prop-shaft, universal joints, drive shafts, constant velocity (CV) joints, crownwheel & pinion and differential assemblies. Additionally, clutch-less gear changing can place increased stresses on some engine components. It is the responsibility of the user of the Geartronics Flatshift and Paddleshift systems to satisfy themselves before using these products that their engine and transmission system is capable of accepting the potentially increased shock loadings brought about by clutch-less gear changing.

If the purchaser or end user finds that the terms of this agreement are unacceptable, they should immediately return the products in the condition that they were supplied, along with the original purchase invoice. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be levied on all such returns.
